A soft shirting and tailoring capsule, designed with ease and simplicity in mind, the collection focuses on wardrobe essentials that can be worn and worn again, ad infinitum.

Cut is classic and colour palette is neutral, whilst maintaining Lee’s signature design details, such as functional hardware and emphatic cutting away of the typical silhouette. Spring 2011 consists of 15 styles, across shirts and dresses. Fabrications are limited to silks; georgette, double georgette and faille, and cottons; poplin, voile and silk cotton. Line II is designed to work back with Dion Lee mainline and stand alone, as its own entity.

The lookbook features 20 models. They are: Hirschy, Lauren, Anja, Eve & Celestine with Priscilla. Gemma, Ewa, Alina, Leona, Natalia, Alex, Lina, & Jenny with Chic. Sarah & Rachel with Vivien. Lydia & Cassie with Work. Grace with Chadwick. And Eva with The Agency.

oh land!

I know I am slightly behind on my up to date music news and normally I am not very inspired by used-to- be-ballerina-perfect-Scandinavian-gorgeous-blondes, but this lady, Nanna Øland Fabricius, the lead singer of Oh Land is pretty cool, and the music is pretty cool too

Is she some kind of model?Surprisingly not. While Norway’s Nanna Øland Fabricius (to give her her full name) looks gorgeous enough to own all manner of catwalks, the striking chanteuse has chosen popular song as her way to earn a living.

Why bother? Why not just stick to being a clotheshorse?She comes from a musical heritage (her mother is an opera singer and her father an organist) and she seems to have an irrepressible urge to make music. As a teenager she trained to be a ballet dancer until a slipped disc in her back put paid to that.

What does she sound like?Playful pop with a classical edge and a dubstep-influenced backbone. She now lives in Brooklyn and recently collaborated with Magnetic Man.

retro road trip

i don't have any plans for this summer yet- i mean i have- i will be visiting my bf , but it's not an adventure- it's  more of a lazing around Eindhoven thing

but how i wish next summer brings me a road trip!!!!!
